Fawlty Towers has the widest range of accommodation available in Livingstone, from camping in our walled garden to  un-crowded dorms (max 6 person),  to basic twins and doubles without bathrooms, to really nice twin, double and 4 bed en suite.

Our new online booking system is now up and running so you can check availability, book and pay a deposit all online.

All rooms (including dorms) have fans and every bed has a mosquito net and machine washed bedding (Most lodges in Zambia wash by hand). We are the ONLY backpackers in Livingstone to provide bedding and Mosi nets in the price.

Our bar is at the end of the large garden so you can still get a good nights sleep while others party.

Since you trust us with your custom, we provide you with a service we believe is second to none.

We have our own water supply so we have water 24hrs a day. (Livingstone only has water 8-10 hrs a day) we have our own power supply should the local grid fail (it does occasionally but not often). Our showers are world famous and we pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our facilities.

Free tea and coffee is always available.

Your security is our priority. While Livingstone is a safe and pleasant town we still provide 24hr security at the front gate so your kit is always safe.

Each dorm has a personal safe or you can use the safe facilities offered by reception.
